Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend the Meeting for which you receive a complementary pass, please contact us by info@riskcouncil.org as soon as possible (and in any event no later than 24 hours before the Event). European Risk Management Council may at its absolute discretion allow you to send a substitute in your place (provided that Council has received the details of such substitute in advance). As late cancellations of complementary pass holders incur costs for the Council, if you fail to attend the Meeting or cancel your attendance less than 20 days prior the Meeting date, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee according to our Terms and Conditions.
